We have a magnificent white pine that has been identified by a Queen’s University scientist as an old-growth tree with an approximate age of 140 to 150 years of age. Over the past 12 years, we have added many new trees from our neighbour’s property. They share the same soil conditions, and are vibrant, energetic, and cheerful in the dead of winter.
