Motivation: My ‘roly-poly’ European robins were originally designed for a series of themed Christmas greeting cards, then as ‘bird’ genre cards, before combining into a repeat pattern.

Idea: Robins, especially European ones, are such lovely rounded shapes, I decided to create each bird completely out of circles.
