Motivation: I was inspired by an old pattern to create this repeat floral design in iconic black and white.

Idea: Decoupage has fascinated me since childhood. My grandmother had a Victorian three-panelled decoupaged screen that I used to get ‘lost’ in. Here I combined a digital version of a hand-drawn flower and used decoupage as my inspiration.
